Return Policy
Return Policy:
Seamo Watches strives for 100% customer satisfaction. But if there are any issues, we have a 30-day return policy. You will have 30 days from date of delivery to request a return. Proof of purchase is required for all return requests. Please note the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Most items sold are one of a kind, so an exact replacement may not be feasible. Alternatively, you may request a repair, item exchange (of equal value), or a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition purchased. If purchased new, the item must be unworn and unused, with no signs of wear, and returned with all original accessories (e.g. additional straps, storage box, etc.). If purchased used, the item must be in the same condition purchased, with no additional signs of wear, and returned with all original accessories (e.g. additional straps, storage box, etc.). There will be a 25% re-stocking fee if original accessories are not returned.
Return Process:
To start a return, you can contact us at seamowatches@gmail.com. Upon approval, you will receive instructions on how to return your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at seamowatches@gmail.com.
Damages and Issues:
Please thoroughly inspect your item upon delivery and contact us immediately if there are any discrepancies that need to be addressed.
Refunds:
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. Upon approval, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it may take 5-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
